Max Hightower is a South Carolina-born bluesman, multi-instrumentalist, and founding member of Mac Arnold’s Plate Full O’ Blues, whose love for the blues began with Muddy Waters and grew into a career spanning decades on the road. His music blends gritty vocals, searing harmonica, Southern blues, and New Orleans funk, delivering the raw, groove-driven sound showcased on his 2025 album Nothin’ But the Truth.
